Terrible company, not professional, nor punctual, no communication whatsoever.
07/15/2022- Texted owner to see if he was going to start on Monday 07/18/2022 and provided email so that he could send me a contract. He never sent a contract.
07/17/2022- Sunday- He tells me he will start the job at 8:00 am
07/18/2022- Never shows up at 8 am- I stayed home from work. He never called or texted at 2:27 pm, I texted him and he said something supposedly broke one of his trucks down and he is on the way.
- At 3:30 pm a few guys show up but no him, they sit around waiting for him, show up at around 3:30 pm, they add a frame quickly then leave within 35 minutes
- That night my husband came home and all the measurements were wrong, framing was not even.
- 07/18/2021-6:19 pm I asked the owner to come back on Friday when my husband is home so that he can provide guidance on what he would like.
07/22/2022- Friday- No one ever shows up, they left the wood frames and stakes and rusted nails all over my backyard abandoned and never came back, or communicated at all.
08/21/2022- He left and never came back, never called or texted, no communication, he finally texted and tells me he was sick all this time. No text, no calls.
08/22/2022- 4 men trespass my property to grab the wood and stakes without my permission. They said that their boss talked to me and at that point; I had not seen my messages. I told him it is illegal to trespass on my property without permission.
I told them that the audacity to come back to my house and trespass on my property and no call, no show for weeks. One of his employees said that since I know that laws we supposedly had no money to pay for their work. The owner lied to his own employees. I was ready to pay for the work, but I had not yet received a contract.
The owner finally called me and said he just wants to get his stuff and I tried to get an explanation why he never even sent a text to communicate, if the job was too big for him or that he was sick. He said he couldn’t talk on the phone, but no one could text me. I had to get a new bid and finally hired a reputable company, my husband had to do the work of removing everything since the new company needed to come in and restart the job. Since they left all rusted nails, he stepped on a rusted nail and missed two days of work because of their negligence.
