Doug Cotta, owner of CBJ Tile Co., rebuilt my shower prior to my settlement on my house in July of 2012. During the first year, I would periodically hear loud popping noises coming from the area of my shower. Then the tiles started to crack. I have 3 cracked tiles, quite obviously caused by poor workmanship. Also, he did NO calking, just grouting, and now the calking is deteriorating. This work was done without my being present, as I was still residing in PA. He was supposed to come to my house to replace the tiles and find out what is causing them to crack a week ago, but he cancelled the appt. and I have not heard from him since. . Furthermore, after he completed the job, he left no leftover tiles in my house, so I had to find replacement tiles that are not an exact match. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!!!
