    House remodels
    $3,000

    I have been using Tristan for my home remodeling needs for 15 years. Tristan has done complete bathroom remodels for me, done all finish work on a basement, built custom showers, lay carpet/tile/LVP, paint, Sheetrock, trim, you name it he’s done it all. Even excavated and sealed a foundation for me. His craftsmanship is second to none and he has always given me fair prices. He has been flexible when I wanted to make changes, of course sometimes those changes result in a cost increase which Tristan has always been up front about. He has also provided me with less expensive options than the ones I was considering and saved me money on those jobs. I have recommended Tristan to many of my friends and coworkers and will continue to use him for all of my remodeling needs. I have never found a more skilled craftsman in so many different fields.

    Have had CBS do multiple jobs for my personal home. Also referred to multiple clients and family. Has always gone above and beyond for my self and others. I will be using him to do my extension on my garage, and any other projects in the near future. His cost has always been fair, and not once did I feel taken advantage of in any way shape or form.

    Multi-Room Remodel project

    After months of requests that Tristan come to complete this job, we are bringing in another contractor to do a large portion of the finish work.

    The original bids for this job were approximately $36,000. Over the course of the job Tristan has requested more and more money. We have paid him in full a total of over $53,000. The final check was agreed upon in March 2019,and Tristan committed to completing the project as a priority. Since that time the job has not been completed and Tristan has asked, yet again for more money.
