Among the worst experiences we've ever had with a vendor, and by far the most incompetent, slow, dysfunctional and borderline fraudulent. The lost or damaged numerous items, took things the were not supposed to take, returned items from other families to us and vice-versa (then denied this was possible), and so on. I can' emphasize strongly enough how much you should avoid this company.

Believe the bad reviews here. We used CC Restoration after the Marshall Fire to pack and clean the contents of our home. They were terrible to work with every step of the way. They treated our possessions and family with extreme carelessness, and ran up a huge bill while doing so. As evidenced by the similar reviews here, CC Restoration is in the business of taking advantage of disaster victims to put money in their own pockets.
-> They were months late in performing work that was promised. They packed our house out in February and we were promised that the job would be complete by March or April. CC Restoration delayed the cleaning until July (and charged us extra for storing our contents during the delay). We had no choice but to remain displaced from our home for these additional months while they continued to delay and delay.
-> Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. During the pack-out they frequently no-showed on days they said they would be working, and came unannounced on other days. Phone calls and emails were rarely returned, and little action was ever taken to resolve problems.
-> One crew they had working in our home flooded our bathroom, causing additional damage that needed to be repaired (thousands of dollars of expense). CC Restoration refused to take any responsibility for the damage they caused.
-> Numerous items that they took away for cleaning were returned badly damaged. Worse, many items were simply never returned at all. CC Restoration fought us every step of the way trying to get compensation for what was damaged, lost, or perhaps stolen by CC Restoration's employees. Many thousands of dollars worth of damaged and lost items were never reimbursed by them in any way.
-> They also returned items to us that belonged to other families (as has been reported by others here), further illustrating their careless manner of doing business.
-> Their bill was ultimately so much higher than the estimate that it used up a very substantial portion of our insurance policy limit, meaning that we did not receive a full insurance payout for our non-salvageable items because of CC Restoration's excessive fees. Much of the work that was billed for was clearly never done. Note that when we tried to negotiate their fees down to a reasonable level, they threatened to not return any of our belongings and to further delay our ability to get back into our home.
Stay away from this company at all costs.
