I hired NYC Maple Group to demo, and rebuild front steps and to stucco my house. The job was schedule for 5-7 days. It took them 3 1/2 weeks. They mixed the cement in my yard (instead of a cement pan) and let enough of it wash down my drain to cause a blockage to which he will not address. In addition, I paid for a hand rail that was not delivered, so my steps are unsafe, and a quarter of my yard is still littered with the demolition material I already paid to have removed. It's been over 2 weeks since his last work site appearance. Time to find another contractor.
Response from ccc builders corp July 4, 2023Our client Mr. Anthony Diaz is liar, cheap, drama maker, dishonest, and bully. First of all, he lies and he did drama about his backyard drain blockage. It was happens before we started work. i saw, he was actually using the machine the day we sign in contract. Secondly, i asked 3 times for the check then he released the money , which i don't like. Because i feel like I'm borrowing the money. As a business owner i feel like beggar. thirdly, june 9 12:44pm he texted me, hey i think you have taken my crowbar by mistake. i said don't even think about it, then he took my tools. and he said somebody took it. it was inside of the house. then i said check the cc camera or do something else.no response from him. His handyman and His licensed electrician supervisor also use my tools, ladders without our permission. i inform him and he supposed to say something to them but he was silent. finally, he tried to put additional work in my original contract, which is not in contract, that's why we rejected it now he is unhappy and he is not paying our final payment $1000 for fence installation and molding color change but i am happy because we respected our original contract and we did $1000.00 consider for him. Hopefully we don't face any kind of customer like him. Please pray for us to long way to go. GOD BLESS HIM. -
