CCD Construction

Carlos and his company are the best on Long Island. He is hardworking and honest. His workers are gentlemen who respected my home and property. Most importantly Carlos always answers his phone or returns your call or text immediately. He is genuinely a nice family person who is easy to deal with. I retained CCD construction to do pool repairs after a tree had fallen during a storm and damaged the coping and gunite. In addition to repair of the pool we decided to have Carlos and his men totally redo our patio. The work was impeccable and the job came out better than expected. Also Carlos was able to diagnose and repair a leak in the pool we had been suffering with for years. Overall great company whom I would recommend without reservation. Lisa and James Newman

We hired CCD Construction to redo a two-car driveway. Carlos and his crew are wonderful. We were impressed with how thoroughly Carlos explained what he was going to do and why. He cares about the quality of the work he does and the end result shows it. He arrives when he says he will arrive (a pet peeve about others we have hired). He works along with his crew. His price was less than other estimates but not so low that we worried about the quality of what we were getting. Before leaving he said that is we have any problems, 6 months, a year from now, just call him. Very professional. We wholeheartedly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

Hired CCD in 8/18 to do some simple grouting and resetting of 2 short bluestone sections of my pool patio. Price was fairly high but I had received other estimates which were higher. When the pool cover was removed in 4/19 I discovered that the new grout had cracked and disintegrated exactly as it had been pre-repair. Carlos refused to fix the problem or even to pay a visit to inspect the situation. He could not (or more accurately, would not) repair the issue because he "was too busy, the weather, scheduling issues' etc, etc. He told me I was out of line for bothering him with my complaint and that if I wanted his help I "would have to wait my turn" and that would not be until at least November! He also informed me in an email that "there is absolutely ZERO warranty" on his work (his caps).
I could not believe any of this. A craftsman who refuses to stand by his work and who will not address a LEGITIMATE complaint lodged by a customer who has paid him in full???? Who on earth does this?
I found the contractor from hell with this guy. I would advise anyone considering hiring CCD to go anywhere else. Buyer beware.
And btw, I fully intend to get my $ back even if I have to take him to court.

Carlos and his crew are great. Carlos and his staff guided us through the whole process from picking the pool we wanted to the color of the patio stones we used even gave us a complete colored rendition of what the entire yard was going to look like upon completion. He made me feel completly at easy I can not speak highly enough about him or his crew. thank you, D

we hired CCD to do a outdoor living enviorment. They had our pool installed and built a Beautiful patio and hard scape with lighting and outdoor kitchen around it. They even had a sprinkler company coming to install sprinklers for us and re-sod our yard I highly recommend Carlos and his crew
