In 2011 I had CCD Roofing & Construction reroof my home and back building ( Garage,Work shop ) because of hail damage. This job was an Insurance Job and The Insurance Company Paid for the roofing materials and work and Mike ( Owner ) and myself made an agreement that he would replace any bad wood and I would pay for that myself. The work was done and I was told that there was no bad wood. The job was in excess of $10,000.00 which I later found out that he wasn't suppose to do work for over that price. anyhow the wood over my carport had started to leak and I called the Mr.Mike Murphy 13 times over a period of about a year and he told me in many different vulgar ways that he was not going to repair the work and stated this to and in front of other contractors , who was standing looking at the rotten wood because of the rain. Then about 6 months ago 02/2013 I called Mr.Murphy and told him that my garage / work building was leaking and he told where I could go and hung up on me. I called back about a week later and left messages (approx.5-6 ) to which he refuses to return. To this day my roof is leaking and Because he wont fix it , he is allowing which is a small problem, ( I assume ) turn into a larger problem that I cannot afford to fix. I had to pay someone to repair my carport roof at the cost of $725.00 .I have decided to go to the BBB and file against him there and am considering filing in claims court. But he has said he would not do the work anyway. So NO, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYBODY TO DO ANY KIND OF ROOFING JOB.
Looking for good help? Well I found it with CCD Roofing & Construction. I have used them twice with excellent service from beginning to end. I'm "Old School" and they deliver with honesty, integrity and accountability. Honest - doing what was promised the first time, NOT the 3rd or 4th. Integrity - a personal quality of fairness, doing the right thing in all circumstances, whether or not anyone is watching.
Accountability - accuracy of one's actions, doing what's correct and right. These guys are the BEST. When Michael says he'll do something you can take it to the bank. From being "On Time" (highly unusual these days) to an immaculate yard clean up I could not have asked for things to have gone any better with CCD. I would, and will, recommend them to anyone looking for good honest workmanship. If I could give them 10 stars I would. From Michael to the hard working crew I say "Thank You for a Job Well Done, we are extremely satisfied".
