This contractor steals your money claiming it’s a deposit for services. He will never communicate with you and refuses to refund the money he steals. He does not do any work and if on the off chance you may speak to him once, after hundreds of calls, he will lie and say he will do the work he contracted for...but he never will. After over 5 months of no contact, I am still trying to get my money back for no services.
