They do not work in a timely manner. Not familiar with the permit process of the city the company is located in, I had to straighten out their permit errors myself. Which defeats the whole purpose of me hiring a contractor. Price was high, quality is low. The concrete is chipping badly where they cut reliefs and there are holes forming where they left leaves and other debris during the pour. The slab has a high spot in the center and pitches towards my garage. During heavy rain it fills my garage with water. It's been over a month since they last came out to see the issue and said they were going to fix it but now they are avoiding me and not returning calls.
