This company is a joke. They are not a company at all. I met signed an agreement for my garage roof scheduled date had my both tenants from my duplex move cars from driveway. They delivered all the roofing materials put in driveway Thursday night or early Friday. I Waited with sales person Saturday morning from 6:45 to almost 1PM. He called several people they said they over scheduled. Said they would come Sunday then decided they could not do Sunday. Finally, re-scheduled for the coming Friday. Materials were left in driveway for the week. Talked with salesperson Thursday night they said that they bid too low it would be another $900 I was upset but tried to negotiate only $500 increase salesman called back owner said it had to be $900, I said ok at this point it would take 2 weeks to start over. So, I went there around 8AM Friday one person there said they were starting soon would be done that day. I went back at eleven no one there materials gone. I called salesperson no answer no return call. I called owner Dave he answered was very rude said they could not do it I asked during this process why did not anyone call me to cancel or meet with me. He had no answers continued to be rude and not apologize. This company should be closed avoid them at all costs. This is the start of my posts and calling with the BBB. This is the first time I have ever felt obligated to post negative one someone or company.
Also, when they came I showed the young man the front support beam to make sure he was including it in pricing even helped write up contract to include unseen rotted wood. He called his boss to come by later to look at beam, joices, etc he said he did it was ok to move forward. I showed salesman Saturday morning you could not see joices ceiling in garage his boss had lied. I showed him the joice over hangs many were rotted he pushed on one it broke off.
I hired this person but they never did any work.
We hired Richie Mueller from CD Strong in September to re-side our home. He ordered the wrong color (a color we never even considered) despite it being CLEARLY written on the contract. They offered us 7% ($500 off a $7300 bill) and refused to replace the siding. Horrible business practices! We overlooked a lot of issues (crew showing up even though the siding hadn’t been delivered, delays, leaving materials in our front lawn, not putting our shutters back up because Richie didn’t bring the right screws, etc). but the color is unforgivable. Buyer beware and stay away from Richie and CD Strong.
