I had the worst experience with this company I've ever had in 30 years! I would never ever recommend this business to anyone ever!!! They charged me almost $500 for 1.5 lbs. of freeon for my AC. The Russian service tech gave me the bill without ever telling me what he was going to do or what he did! I even asked him numerous times! He did a terrible job & cut the duct work to look at the condenser unit without asking me & then did a shotty job of taping it up! PLEASE PLEASE SEE THE BBB COMPLAINT ON FILE!!!! Then when I called the owner, he was abusive to me. He was mocking & horribly condescending too! He threatened me twice by saying he'd take me to small claims court & that he'd done it before & would do it again if I didn't pay the bill before the tech left. Then he said they found a leak in my AC & were turning me in the Environmental Protection Agency! What!? Terrible! The owner said "what did you expect when we got you an appt so quickly when every other company was booked out so far with the heat?" He admitted he was charging me an overage fee, but never ever did his company tell me they were doing so or give me a quote. Shameful business & extremely volatile owner & shamefully abusive to his customers! Never ever do business with them!!!!! Please see the BBB complaint on file.
