I was first introduced to Rolando and his company about a year and a half ago by my realtor. DMC did several things for me to get my old house ready for sale: He redid my hardwood floors, replaced my outdoor fence, did some electrical work, and several smaller things to get the house ready for sale. I was so impressed, that I also used Rolando at my new house. The previous owners were less than forthcoming about several "issues", and Rolando basically put in an entire new HVAC system under the house. His people are wonderful!!
The thing I absolutely love about Rolando, is that he returns calls very promptly, and will always "work me in" even for small things. Just this past week, I asked Rolando to come over to give me an estimate on several small jobs. I was scared that he would not have time for me, because I know he is a busy man with larger jobs, but once again, he called back immediately, and set a time to come that really helped me with my schedule. While he was here, in one hour, Rolando personally fixed three out of the four issues that I had. I was blown away!!
Rolando told me when I first met him that relationships are really important to him. He means it. I am a single mom, with a house, and just knowing that Rolando is a phone call away, takes a lot of stress off of me. I rarely write reviews on websites. But when someone like Rolando appears and stays in your life, and is so helpful, and fair, and honest……well I felt like I owed it to him to tell the world just what kind of person Rolando is and the type of company he runs. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my friends!!!
