CDP Environmental Construction

I was building a large outdoor stone kitchen and bar. There were some items I thought I wanted and other bids I got included everything. But CDP advised me about what could be done and what might be of concern with my ideas. I appreciated their understanding of construction/engineering so I didn’t build something on my patio that would cause it to fail down the road. When I took items off of my requirements, they reduced the price fairly. They were responsive and professional. In this case I got what I paid for. Terrific results and a professional team to build my custom bar and kitchen.

From the very professional presentation and easy to understand to his bid, chris’ work was top notch. Beautiful design, excellent work crew and Daina, Project Mgr, was on top of the entire job and very accessible. CDP extended our back porch to a huge living area with stone fireplace, built in grill, roof, pavers and a built in glass gigantic hot tub. I highly recommend his company.

CDP did a great job building us a Cabana!! I was impressed the time they took with my husband and I to go over every detail. Chris and Daina had great ideas and options for the space we were dealing with and to make the Cabana look like it was built with the house. CDP has a great staff!! Every employee that came out to do their job were very polite and professional. We are so happy with the Cabana and how well it ties in with our home. We get a lot of compliments on our Cabana as well. We highly recommend CDP they are the best!!!

I fully recommend CDP Environmental for your home improvement projects. Earlier this year, CDP was our contractor and partner in designing and building our new backyard living room. A fairly large covered patio extension, attached to our new house. I tell everyone, that this structure turned out "better than I thought that it would". Expectations surpassed. We love the design and the quality of the workmanship achieved. I don't know what higher compliment to give.

Working with Chris and his team was a pleasure throughout. Chris was very quick to listen and understand our ideas and build them into something better.
Compared to others we interviewed, Chris was more experienced and knew both "what" to do and "who" in our town he needed to consult in city management. Provided clear computer images of the design, and finalized scope and costs around this shared design. We had a kick-off meeting where Chris outlined all plans and expectations. During the build, his onsite managers were engaged and paid attention to questions we had all along the way. His team did great work. We are fans of the CDP Environmental team.

CDP is wonderful to work with. Their designs and ideas were so exceptional as they helped us redesign our back patio. It is now one of our favorite rooms to hang out! It is beautiful, relaxing, and inviting. We get so many compliments and are proud to recommend CDP to all who are looking for a quality contractor.

Chris and his team built an attached pergola and free standing covered cabana in our pool area. The project was professionally managed and each person we worked with was knowledgable and considerate. The project was completed on budget but took longer due to weather and subcontactor delays beyond the control of CDP. Minor issues and site cleanup were handled as promised with the minimum inconvenience.
