    As a PM and Site Supervisor I must say working with Chris and Michael has been extremely pleasurable. The work atmosphere is like family. If you need anything durning the build process the guys are always available to assist and make your life easier. All clients are full involved to make sure all their wants and needs are met for the entire duration. The guys will go as far as letting clients pick their own vendors durning the process even if that means not making a dollar off of that trade. CEA is a great choice for a custom home or renovation!!

    They are not custom builders. We actually freinds with the principal Mike Armato and still had a horrendous experience. They could not be honest, ethical or effective in there respective trades. Since he came to town his company has changed llc 3 times and they have been involved with many lawsuits. Please check there backgrounds before proceeding. They lied , manipulated finances and made HUGE construcion mistakes. First, mike armato is not a licensed builder in the state of florida. He acts as if he is. We started a build with mike armato and chris Sorenson at that time named one name llc and by the time we departed ways they had been 3 Llcs deep. The rate of problems was significant. There was no site supervision. They were disorganized and had the F team working on our site. If we did not follow the process thruout the build process, the home would of been a complete failure. The windows and doors were installed improperly 3 times. The large sliders leaked water over and over upon installation due to faulty installation. The house leaked water into the family room and master suite. The wall into the master suite was not even properly constructed and leaked water. There was no supervision. And mikes response was all door and slider leak water. I said so this should be your new slogan “ we install leaky doors and windows “ Chris Sorenson was never actually onsite. The rate of redo of each element was 20 percent, which by the way , you wind up paying for ! Our roof required 10,000 in roof remediation, sliding glass reinstallation which delayed our build 8 months, walls and floors which were all crooked , the additional cost due to faulty construction was approximately $343,000. They walked off our construction site after asking for payment in full for faulty Construction and locked us off our property for 2 weeks against the florida state laws. A police officer finally cut the lock and asked them never to return to our property. Mike even went to the extent to sit in his car several times per week in the neighbors yard intimidating us. The final issue was a 60 foot cement wall which they build on the neighbors property line. We only found out at the end of the project approaching our Certificate of occupancy. We had to rebuild the entire wall 60 feet by 6 feet tall at a total cost of $70,000 plus the original $30,000 which cea billed.
    He will Always deny any wrongdoing. They make excuses for everything and blame the customer. He was telling the neighbors he was going to pay for the wall since it was so evident He never paid a penny. He told people in the community the customer asked for the wall to placed on the neighbors property. The final straw was his ledgers. He said he paid subcontractors apparently @10,000 odd dollars on one month ledger. Upon further investigation, we called the subcontractors and asked if they were paid and they said NO. I asked CEA/ Oceanic about the fraudulent ledger. He did not address it and denied it. He felt he was in control of OUR money and was due this money, despite the FAULTY construcion. Please call me to discuss before building with Oceanic or CEA at Dr David and Stefania Digiallorenzo at 561-295-9057
    There license should be revoked. There are currently facing a multitude of legal issues. We are still dealing with issues 2 years after move in.

    CEA Building Group is an outstanding group of professionals. They built my home during COVID and got us in 2 months early. The house was beautifully finished and beyond our greatest expectations.
    Additionally, they returned for several weeks after our COO date to do any touch ups required and always contacted us to make sure we were happy with the final outcome. The are honest and followed the contract agreement by the letter. Each phase was completed first and the billing followed. I could not recommend this group enough and would build again only with them. Dr. Maurice Salama
