    We extensively up-dated our home interior with CEBS construction. We are COMPLETELY, satisfied with the quality and cost. Cesar not only has the technical constructions skills but, in addition, he posses an artistic eye that enables him to "see" the vision you have for your home. Should we have any future building or home modifications, CEBS will our first telephone call.

    Total remodel of home plus add a master suit in what used to be the garage

    Mr. DeSouza agreed to be our contractor in August but he was difficult to track down, he’s promised several times to pull permits, it hasn’t happened yet. He would be out of touch for weeks, his excuses were; I had to fly home my mom and sister died in a car crash, when asked about it later he denied that that happened, he “lost” his phone several times and his data only to end up finding our emails when we encouraged him to check his mail while with us. He has a bible quote on his work shirt, I don’t think he knows that God sees all. Any way we hired him in August and besides showing up to the site and giving ideas he has yet to lift a hammer, 8 months later we still don’t have permits and haven’t heard from him since January. We lost tens of thousands of dollars waiting for this guy. We fired him twice but he would come back with yet another story. The house was supposed to be finished by the end of October 2017.Do NOT hire this guy
