We have been in business for 40 years and own our office building in Chicopee. We offer our customers in Western Mass. the engineering, sales and service of advanced life safety, security and communication systems. We are the local authorized distributors for the following manufacturers: we were one of the original Strategic Partners with EST (Edwards Systems Technology-intelligent fire alarm systems), BuildingReports.com (Web based fire alarm testing documentation), Dukane (integrated educational, commercial and institutional communication systems), LifeGuard Networks (Mass Notification and Emergency Management Systems), Bosch Security (multiplexed security and access control systems, High definition CCTV surveillance and digital recording systems), Bosch Escort (Alzheimers, assisted living, educational and institutional person locating safety systems), S2 (Enterprise class open architecture integrated access control and video recording), OpenPath (award winning, highly secure, cloud based access control platform), Imron (Server/Client based access control platform), Axis high definition IP camera systems, Panasonic High definition IP camera systems, Hanwha-Samsung high definition IP camera systems, Salient (enterprise class video servers), Exacq (enterprise class video servers), OnSSI (Integrated Video and Event Management Platform), AccuTech Wandering Systems, Napco Security (wireless and hardwired security systems), Qolsys smart home systems using alarm.com (cellular burglar alarm back-up with smartphone interface including patented Crash & Smash Protection), BadgeBuilder (video badging systems), Amano (access control and security systems), Panasonic Business Telephone Systems, TOA (commercial sound systems), Aiphone (audio and video intercom systems), DoorKing (microprocessor apartment entrance systems), Rath (ADA Area of Rescue Systems), Housing Devices (ADA Area of Rescue and hardwired apartment intercoms) and Sapling (master clock systems). For our customers we have a staff of factory and NICET certified technicians at their disposal 24 hours a day. For large scale projects we have our own CAD department to produce the necessary prints and documentation.
