Can I give a minus 5-star rating. I purchased a newly built home from Cecil Sturdivant. He was supposed to have completed construction after I moved in due to the fact that I needed a place to live immediately. It's been over a year and my house still isn't complete. He would not answer my phone calls and he would not return my calls when I left messages. Even after my lawyer sent him a certified letter, he still has not attempted to complete the work that he was paid to do. Property tax notification for my property was mailed to Cecil Sturdivant and he did not attempt to forward them to me. My house ended up being put for public auction. Luckily I found out 2 hours before the auction and was bale to save my house. Cecil Sturdivant is not a reputable contractor. He is a cheat and a swindler.

He is a liar and a cheat. He does poor work didn't finish the job. Walls falling apart poor mortar and cement work doors not nailed in. I can go on but there is just to much to name.
