    Multi-Family Remodeling project

    Hi Richard,

    Just a quick note to thank you once again for your assistance on assessing the project in Adamsville. If not for your honesty and integrity we could just have made the biggest mistake of our professional lives in purchasing that building so I thank you for saving us from that.

    However with that said ... we are not put off from investing in the Birmingham area - in fact having met yourself and a seemingly good Real Estate attorney I feel better positioned to consider making investments up there as and when they present themselves. With this in mind - please feel free to share my contact information with any Realtors, other investors, wholesalers or acquaintance's who may bring a deal our way as we would be happy to consider anything you might recommend.
