I wanted to review the build during & after. During the build there were a few gliches because of supplies or labor, but after the build, Danny took care of the problems. When looking for a builder we wanted someone we could trust...after meeting with Danny it was immediately evident he was our guy. Building during a worldwide pandemic came with its challenges but Danny was right with us every step of the way. When trying to come up with design ideas he invited us into his own home to meet his kids and grandkids. The Nemers are great people with great values and we were lucky to find them.
2+weeks into the new house and we are very thankful for everything Danny and his crew were able to do for us.

Cedar creek construction went above and beyond during and after the purchase if our home. I can't say enough about the response time and willingness to answer all of my questions. Danny is very honest and made sure on multiple occasions our home was up to and above our standards. He builds an amazing looking home and really pays attention to every detail. In my subdivision danny is building a home currently in a lot and a different company is building close by. Danny's build blows the other similar ranch build out of the water with attention to detail and going the extra mile with above builder grade materials. Last winter our largest heat/electrical bill for an 1,800 square foot ranch with 13ft vaulted ceilings was $148.00, the house actually saves you $$$ monthly with how well its built. I recommend cedar creek to everyone looking for a great construction company.

We loved Danny and our experience with Cedar Creek Construction! He made the building experience so easy. He was honest, credible, and went above and beyond to make sure that we moved into a beautiful and well-built home. The people he works with are awesome, friendly, and do wonderful, quality work. Danny always answered our texts and messages in a timely matter and took care of any questions we had immediately. We loved our time working with Danny and are absolutely in love with our gorgeous new home.

I have met a lot of builders and seen a lot of builders half-finished and finished products. Danny's attention to detail through the entire build is not something that I see often. Out of all the builders I have seen his standard features are many steps above anyone else building and selling homes at this price point. I have sold several spec homes and pre-sold homes for him and I always call to follow up on their experience on dealing with him and they have all said it was a great experience and had nothing good things to say about the Company and their home. One of them was so happy he got his childhood best friend the build directly across the street from him. If you are looking for a great builder, you want a great house, and a great floor plan gives Danny at Cedar Creek a Call and you will be happy.

Hands down the most honest builder I’ve worked with. My family has lived in multiple houses now, my current being built by Cedar Creek Construction. Quality is superb! Never an issue contacting the builder, truly has a heart to serve. The builder has worked with us through every step of the building and buying process, but he doesn’t stop there, he’s always made time to talk with us or come look at something if needed.
