Terrible Owner. Chelsea will lie to you or tell you whatever it takes to make you happy at the time, and then do something different later. Also plan on not getting your deposit back and getting lied to about the reasons and timing for that as well. I would never do business with Cedar Hills Property Management again. They routinely take advantage of young people. They will rip you off.
