Went to change filters in Broan machine to find out product was discontinued . Recently call to see if could give bid on vent where contractor joe Charles had put water tank in storage area and no air flow molded out everything thing in area attached to bed room I finally was able to reach Keith said he moved to South Dakota Informed my contractor of this seemed surprised said just spoke to week before seem to me this owner is lying they do not stand behind work Beware of cedar mechanical and jc home builders sucks to build home. Thinking there would be no issues 4 years later I’m still fixing.

After years of having other companies come out to our house to "fix" our complex geo thermal unit, we finally had Keith with Cedar Mechanical referred to us by multiple people. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable about our system, but was also the VERY FIRST person to spend the time and figure out what was going on with it and FIXED IT!! He is very quick with responding to calls/texts, great at explaining what is going on the whole time, and clean! I will only ever have Keith (and his crew) work on our systems from here on out, and happily refer him to our friends and family!
