One guy shows up and does our roof in one day. Could have avoided two leaks, a collapsed ceiling and mold if he had bothered to bring help and taken a little more time. He denied all responsibility. My son had to go stay with his grandmother while we make repairs and treat the mold. While doing repairs, we discvered that materials were missing (covered in contract), rot and subpar work. We considered filing with the magistrate but decided to do the repairs ourself and consider it a learning experience when dealing with contractors.
