Terrible. People should prefer to live on the street than in one of their shoddily built homes. They cut corners that cost owners tens of thousands of dollars. On the surface, it all looks pretty, but underneath they do don't do anything to code. Just assume if you can't see it, it isn't done well; wiring, piping, roof, you name it and you'll be paying for it.
