I learned a lot about contracting from Chris Yerkes and Cedarworks. I can't submit photos to this website of things left unfinished and problems created by the contractors that they were repeatedly asked to fix, feel free to contact Alex (lives at 43 Chatham Rd Harwich MA) for pictures/horror stories... for the integrity of the building, it would have been better if we had never hired them at all. The corners of the building and the windows were not splined properly, bits of trim were left off exposing the topmost line of shingles (and the Typar underneath) to the open air, the door they insisted we replace was not installed properly, exposes the baseboard beneath the carpet, letting wind and rainwater in from the outside. Windows installed were not insulated, or even caulked/drywalled properly. For a non-profit spending a fortune on shingles and Azec trim, it's a shame our building will rot from the inside out due to embarrassing lack of craftsmanship. Zero stars.

Permits
- Building permit records show that Cedarworks Incorporated has worked on 105 permitted projects.
In the beginning, I thought things were good, but everything went downhill from there. They failed to come even close to projected time frames, lack of follow through, failure to provide receipts for products purchased, with occasional lack of logic thrown in. I would highly recommend you search elsewhere.
