    Contractor is a thief, owes us $78k for work he never did. He doesnt pay his sub contractors. I’ve had teo of them contact me and say we stopped working on your project because Bruno didnt pay or check didnt clear. He does not know permitting or city code enforcement. He has no employees. Misrepresents himself as having a successful construction company that can do any size job even new construction. In reality he uses subs and doesnt pay them, and 2 or 3 random guys. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY. Signing a contract wont matter he is a sociopath he thinks he will never receive any punishment for scamming. There is a group of us that have made contact with each other to take action against this company and the owner Bruno Souza!

    Scammer, Liar, White color thief.... Celite Home Constructions (Bruno) robbed my money twice. I am a stupid trusting Bruno again and again. you will be his next target. Do not hire Celite Home construction (Bruno) company. Hire him if you don’t worry about your money, time and quality of work.

    Celite Home Improvement Corp regarding a home addition project for which I entered into a contract with them on January 21, 2023. Despite my generous patience and willingness to cooperate, there has been a severe lack of proper communication from Celite Home Improvement Corp. For three months, I received no updates or progress reports regarding the project. I have exhausted all possible avenues to retrieve my funds from Celite Home Improvement Corp. However, Bruno has been uncooperative and consistently resorts to intimidation and threats whenever I attempt to contact him. Therefore, I am left with no choice but to reach out all agencies on Celite Home Improvements. I shared all necessary documents, including a copy of the signed contract with BBB, HIC and Attorney general.

    A month back he contacted me and promised to complete the work. somehow I convinced and gave him another $20000 USD. he again disappeared after framing work. that proves again again that he is a big liar and scammer.
