The roof that he replaced seems to be fine, but I made the mistake of paying him the final payment before he made a few repairs that he said he would do. After many phone calls and promises not fulfilled, I have given up on him and will have to pay someone else for these repairs.

This contractor took $13,000 for a new roof and dormer in September of 2011. As of May 2012 he has yet to finish the job. The work that was not very good. Do not trust this man.

Before starting my patio renovation, he required 1,700 for materials to get the job going. That was the last i saw of the money and he. Had to find another contractor to do the job. Two year later; still no money. Never use this guy. Once he's got your money he's off and never to return.
