    Lee built our house over 8 years ago and we are still satisfied. Lee and his team were great to work with and always willing to listen to ideas. If we were to build again today we would have no problem choosing Lee and his crew to do the work.

    What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

    Do your research, so many builders have gone bankrupt or had liens filed against them and now no longer have terms with suppliers and sub-contractors. Ask questions, make sure your builder has references, insurance, and is a member of accredited groups like the BBB and HBA. If they aren't members ask why not? Check to make sure the builder's license is current with the State and that he or she has both liability and workers comp. insurance. Ask if they use a foreman and if so how often is the Builder on site, your not paying for the B team, you always want the A team!
