The contractor was timely and pleasant. I was asked to cut back on surrounding hedge, which I did. The result has gotten me many positive comments from friends and family

By Erin R.August 25, 2021Patio resurfacing
The owner, Joe Malizia, and the workers were so professional and efficient during the resurfacing of my patio and pool area. I was consulted and informed with every step of the project. I have referred Cement Doctors LLC to several friends and co-workers. I also a receive a yearly follow up call for customer satisfaction.
I will hire this business again for any future projects. -
By Erin R.August 22, 2021Fixed steps and back patio
From the initial phone call to the completion of the work I had an excellent experience.
The owner was in regular contact and the work crew were efficient and neat. The end result was excellent and the owner follows up every year.
I highly recommend this company and will continue to do so. -
By Bob K.October 3, 2018Concrete driveway repair$2,500
Hire them to do some repair work on my driveway, power wash it and put water proofing on it. The repair wor(crack filling, etc.) was very shoddy and not completely finished. This was done in Sept. 2018. They have not returned my several calls to come to finish the job. Do not hire this outfit.

Very rude called for my church. After getting back in touch with me and giving me hell that He could not get a hold of me, he quoted me a price that was far more than the church expected. When I asked for a itemized written estimate to present to council, he hung up on me. When I called back he would not answer. The door is still open, but I doubt that I will hear from him again. This was my honest experience with this company.

By AnonymousApril 11, 2017repair cracks and waterproof cement porches1 dayShoddy work. Doesn't honor warranty
Had work done 2013 on 2 porches. Before a year was up, I called to report the cracks are back and waterproofing was non-existent. They said the owner was dying of cancer and they aren't doing any work but would extend and honor my warranty. 2015 I called again after seeing they were advertising again and again was made to feel badly cuz I was putting cement before Joe's health. Finally complained to the BBB and just now saw they replied to my complaint and said I refused annual maintenance. The porches weren't even done a year yet when I complained. Last year I called again when they are still advertising and they told me to get someone else to repair their shoddy work. Terrible material was put on the porches. I could have painted it myself. They slopped all over my railing and door beneath the porches. No clean up. No warranty. Steer Clear or don't say you weren't warned.

Before hiring Cement Dr., think twice then don’t. They promise a lot and deliver very little.
We hired them to do our pool deck and stamped cement around the yard. The men came and powered washed the pool deck. It was sealed days later only to be sealed on top of new dirt and bird droppings. Once sealed, white spots appeared where the sealant dried in clumps. There were also burned spots throughout the yard where sealant had spilled or where the container was placed to be poured for use.
Grassed was destroyed along the entire stamped edging, at least 6” out the whole length of the yard .
When we called to have someone come and clean the white spots the manager said his men did not leave white spots and we were complaining about something that was our fault.
Words were spoken on both sides and the manager hung up. 24 hours later he called to apologize and said he would send someone out
The original worker called to see if all was well, when we told him about the spots, he came out to fix them.
The owner called again to see if things were better. We told him about the dead grass in the yard and all along the stamped molding. He said that was to be expected because they spray the edging instead of brushing the sealant on and there was nothing that could be done when the sealant is applied. We told him we were never told that and if we had been told we would have not hired them to do the stamped molding.
On that same phone call he said we were being difficult, called my husband a Jagoff and hung up on him. Then the owner texted my husband and said not to contact him again. He texted one more time and said we better not post any negative things about the company since it was not their fault.
White spots on cement are still there, we called the workers directly but got no answer or call back.
