Had to convert a lowboy gas water heater to electric and the first bid was "up to $10,000 since it all needs to be updated ". Called Rick with Centennial State and he did it for a fraction with no upgrade needed. Passed inspection and works great. Highly recommend Rick as he doesn't do what you don't need.
