If you want a professional job done don’t hire Chad Mills to do the job. I needed a bedroom floor tiled...they had to remove the existing carpet (were to haul away....didn’t). They leveled the floor.....4 bags worth they said. Being in a hurry for them to finish as we had to be in San Antonio for a serious operation that my husband was scheduled for the day after....I didn’t notice the shoddy job until my 2 daughters were here and using the room. and pointed out the very unprofessional job. I began contacting Chad by phone and he told me it was Lowes fault and he was working on it and since the tile came from Italy ....it would take time! Well enough is enough...I. have asked for him or Centermark to refund my money so that I can have it done by a REAL professional. It will be a year before you know it and I think I have been more than patient!! Be aware if you contract with them!!
