Cento Solutions

Cento Solutions did several projects for my company. They are always on time and complete the project without any major hiccups.

very frustrating to work with. time delays, no coordination between trades, poor craftsmanship relating to a bathroom renovation. The plumber installed a cracked toilet; claims he did not see the crack. The 'carpenter' installed the shower door backwards; a different company had to fix the mess.

These people are slightly dumber than idiots. They contract for Lowes. They submitted plans to my town for a deck, and didn't even include a blue print to what the dimensions are, or what kind. and oh yeah, they forgot to sign it. And also said they were removing an old deck, which if i had one, would never contract for a new one. Due to their negligence, they caused a 7 month delay in the process. Don't even bother trying to get a call back from anyone. When you do get to talk t o someone, don't expect them to have an answer for you cause they just don't know. And management is "always out of the office," so no help there. After I wrote a letter to the president of Lowes, some action was taken for a while, until they messed up again, and are no longer doing my deck. I hope Lowes severe ties with Cento. It's a wonder how they even know how to get to work.

Cento Solutions is a great contractor. I'm not sure what the other review referred to - maybe they have the wrong company? Cento Solutions only works commercial, not residential. I have several buildings that they have completed projects on. From office renovations to repairs, every time I call them they provide us with a fair price and quality work.

Cento is handling my kitchen remodel/install through Lowe's. I agreed to this arrangement because of the promise that if there were any problems, the store would take care of it and it would be 'easy'. This was far from the truth.

I paid for the install in August, my cabinets arrived in late September, they started work in late October (it took them a month to get around to getting the building permit)...and it is now mid-January and it is still not finished and I continue to operate without a working kitchen.

It has been pretty much a constant hassle communicating with their installers (Cento Solutions in my area) even though there is supposed to be a 'project manager' to handle all this. There is no 'project manager' for all practical purposes. The lack of coordination between the store (Nanuet, NY) and the installer is glaring...and frustrating, and the cause of much of the delay. They have done some good work...but it is not worth this degree of aggravation. Just know that you are will be one of dozens of projects they are doing at the same time and it seems that they don't have the staffing to handle it.
