WORST company ever! We bought a house from Carroll Home Construction last month. They used this HVAC company. When we moved in we noticed that the air filter hole was not cut to standard size. It was cut about 2 inches to small. The company simply tore the air filter and shoved it in the hole instead of re-cutting the hole. I tried calling them for 2 weeks and left 3 voicemails. They did not return my phone calls. Then I called the builder, who asked this company to call me back. He did and promised that he would be out to fix my house the next day. That day came and went--I called him again--and he did not answer--nor returned my phone call. DO NOT use them in case something goes wrong--you will never get them to come back to your house and fix it.
