They do through job analyzing the problem, presenting options when questioned, providing a quote to which they stick. They completed the job on time and at stated and agreed cost. They found them to be reliable and trust worthy. The job consisted of replacing an old 3 ton 16 yr old compressor by 5 ton unit, matching cooling/heating in house unit and 45yr+ sheet metal ducting. I am satisfied with their work.
They were not the least expensive bidders, but showed the broadest knowledge. I was pleased to have picked Central City Air.
