Jared had told me numerous times about his lifetime guarantee, but when the job was over, guess what? No Jared and no written guarantee. I notified him 6 times by phone. On his first call back he said his wife put it in the mail. 2nd call back he would drop it at my house. Now he doesn't return calls. BE CAREFUL. Get the guarantee prior to start of work. I have two large garages. After the 1st garage was done (HIGH GLOSS), he said he had some product left from a prior job and would give me a great price. After we agreed he did the 2nd garage but failed to inform me that it was a SATIN TO MATTE finish. I thought it would match my high gloss finish of the 1st garage. Of course I didn't find this out until the epoxy had dried. There was two places that epoxy was spilled on my driveway, they could not be removed, sloppy! If you employ him, make sure you get all questions answered ahead of the work no matter how obvious the answer seems.
