    Pretty unreliable. They say they are going to come, an hour later they make up some story that they couldn’t make it. These people have no concept of being considerate

    It's not often that I am able to write an EXCEPTIONAL review for a contractor! Sam Castillo is knowlegdeable, has a great crew, is very safety oriented and provides exceptional work. Sam completed a LARGE (!) job for my elderly parents: Hooking up 5 older residential homes to City water and sewer. The job was very hugely complicated & required multiple consulations with tenants, electricians, city contractors, septic companies and the City Development Office, not to mention his elderly clients. City inspections had to be scheduled and passed at each stage before more work could be completed. He juggled all those balls, seemingly with ease! In face, he provided service above and beyond in every case. His pricing was honest and very fair. In fact, in a different matter, he advised us to look for a subject matter expert. Five stars, 2 thumbs up & my highest praise and gratitude!
