I decided on Grants Pass Heating & Air Conditioning before receiving my neighbor's recommendation, because they are a Diamond Dealer for Mitsubishi air-conditioning products with which I have previous experience in a much colder climate and because I had identified one of their products I wanted to replace the three-year-old system that Baumer's installed. Jerry Myers was very helpful, his price was reasonable, and he completed the installation on time on Wednesday 10/10.
I had researched the system beforehand and knew at what price I could buy elsewhere. Because of this and because Jerry answered my questions almost before I asked them, I did not get competitive quotes. I felt I got a good price for what I wanted, and I am very happy with the results.
