Do not use! A woman named Paulette is the manager, she comes in gives a decent price quote. I need a baseboard replaced, and put in tile flooring. The work is beyond terrible. One week after installation I began noticing the tiles were not even, the grout started chipping away, and some of the tiles were raised.
After getting them to come back in the manager claimed my floor was "wavy". They replaced the tiles and put in new grout. The problem is the new grout did not completely match the coloring of the old grout. The multiple tiles were still raised and uneven.
I called her again to come and take a look. After once again saying my floor was wavy, nothing was done. One year later I have a floor where the grout is chipping, tiles are not completely level or lined up. Do not waste your money, find someone with experience, who is not looking to save every buck possible.
