Great Service on my air units for my personal residence and a rental property I own the past several years. He just installed a full new unit for my mother and did a great job.

Dont hire! These people left hanging wires with no junction box in my attic right by insulation. Left wires on the outside of walls and said theyd be back to fix. I tried for over a year to get them to come back and when he did he refused to do the work even though he had been paid in full. Hvac they installed has never worked properly and every electrician since then has said everything is done wrong.

During November of 2013, I had my heat pump replaced. O purchased the unit through Sears Home Improvement and the contractor that conducted the removal and replacement was Central Tennessee Heat and Air. The workmanship was IMPECCABLE and the installer was extremely professional and courteous. He even replaced a large piece of duct insulation that had been ripped off by a stray cat at no extra charge. A few months after the install, my unit stopped working after a severe electrical storm. Central Tennessee was here the next day to repair the problem. It turned out to be an electronic thermostat that was fried by the lightening. The tech replaced the thermostat at no charge. The unit has worked fine except for that one problem, and I have noticed about a 30% savings on my electric bill ever since the new unit was installed.
