Permits

I would not recommend Central Virginia Pools. I had Mr. Kirby come out in February to take measurements to replace my liner. At that time I gave him a deposit. He informed me that as long as we had a couple of 80 degree days we could have it installed in April and no later then mid May. Mid May, after not hearing anything from him, I reached out via text about the status. Two days later I reached out again, and finally got a response. He came up with excuses as to why he hasn't been in contact. I tried to be companionate and understanding and said would give a couple of days to have him put me on the schedule. Reached out again and got more excuses. I asked him to just drop my liner off and I could get someone else to install it. At that point found out he didn't even have my liner. My thoughts is he didn't even order it. I had to file a dispute for a refund with my credit card company. So going on line and ordering my own liner, it is a 2 week time frame for my liner to be shipped to me, so why did he not order it in February? It is now the middle of June and I have an empty pool. Hopefully I will have it completed with the help of friends by the end of June. It has been nothing but frustrating. Plus I have a friend going through the same experience with him.
