The horrible experience with Ted and his company continues. I’m getting an entire new roof just six years after our renovation was completed by Century Craft Homes. More proof he didn’t care about the work quality from his subs. I noticed water leaks in three different places about 6 mos ago. A repair revealed the entire roof needs to be replaced. One by planks not replaced and shingled over, wood decking rot, low nails, etc. Costing me $12k+. Photograph and video proof show it wasn’t just one area, it’s all over the roof. He’ll low ball other contractor estimates to win the business and short cut with bad subs so it’ll end up costing more. This guy shouldn’t be allowed to operate.
