I have used Cerrone Inc for many home improvement jobs over the years. They have replaced my kitchen, two bathrooms, and all my windows. I have always found their work to be of high quality. They also have given be some great recommendations on different products used in the renovation of my home. I highly recommend.

I hired this company over 3 years ago to do renovations on investment properties my wife and I bought in the area. Cerrone, Inc. was introduced to me by my real estate agent. I trusted the referral and as time went on, I hired this company to custom build a new home for me and my family. Before agreeing to let them build our home, I had asked what other homes had they built. This father and son duo had cited a number of homes in the area that they built. They even gave me the addresses of these homes.
After construction got on its way, it was delay after delay…excuse after excuse. I owned the land outright and was told by Cerrone that I could not be at the property unless he was with me. One problem – I would drive by when he said he was at the house and he never was there. Come to find out – he was not even the builder. He hired a builder whose team was constructing my house. Not one person was an employee of Cerrone Inc. He actually cut and pasted his company logo to the “actual” builder’s contract.
Our house was delayed for 6+ months, it was never fully completed, no final walk thru or home warranty. Nail pops, cracks, uneven flooring (due to not getting a subfloor – decision Cerrone made without consulting me), tree roots coming through the driveway, wrong size countertops, paying for cabinets my wife and I picked out and installed cheaper ones, left TONS of trash and never clean. The list goes on and on.
Cerrone was paid in full on the agreed amount and has since demanded more money. He has threaten breach of contract, liens, etc. He hasn’t even fully rendered payment to the company that built the house, got the permits, drawings, etc. The builder’s price to Cerrone was over $100K less then what I paid Cerrone Inc. Complete nightmare. Complete denial of all accountability.
I share this information, so that no one ever has to go through what we are still going through with Cerrone Inc. This is the worst possible stress and disappointment imaginable. Don’t let this happen to you.

I hired Cerrone Inc on two different occasions. Once for a painting job and another for a tile job. Each time they did a top notch job. We were very pleased with the outcome and would use their services again.
