It was the worse experience of my life. Joe put a new roof on in April and the job was so bad my roof has been leaking ever since, He refused to send anyone to fix the leaks. I finally had to pay someone to come out everytime it rains to find new leaks. My kitchen ceiling was damaged and the insulation in attic needs to be replaced.

Joe Jenkins put a roof on my house over the summer. Ever since he did the roof, I am having water pouring in through my Chimney. Joe sent someone over to fix the issue - guess what - It is not fixed. Called again and Joe said he was not in town and could not come and fix my roof. Do not hire this man to do anything for you. My MO - you get what you pay for. Next time I will do business with a reputable company. thanks for nothing Joe.

As a subcontractor to Home Depot, HIP Construction took a speed approach to the installation, and lacked workmanship. In the end, they did not correct their errors and we had to pay out-of-pocket to complete installation, correct both their errors and their poor workmanship. Not all of the mistakes could be fixed however; the uneven corner shelving and misaligned skin, as well as the soffit overhang by the pantry is too costly to correct, or pursue

We have used Certa Pro Painters on two occaisions. The first was for the exterior of our house 2 years ago. An appointment was set up to have a representitive come out to our home to meet with us and understand our painting needs. Shortly thereafter,...I received a detailed quote specifiying what was to be done via e-mail. They also provided a lengthy list of recent jobs completed for us to use as reference. The crew was prompt, neat, and did a terrific job. We continue to get compliments today.
As a result of this positive experience,...we called Certa Pro again last Fall for some interior work on several rooms including wall paper removal, ceiling and wall priming and painting. A representitive met with us, and even suggested a few points for us to consider when selecting colors. The quote was very reasonable and the crew completed all of this work in 2 days!
This is a professional painting company that uses professional methods. We will use them again.

My husband and I were very pleased with the work Certa Pro painters did at our house in South Kingstown R.I. Since they did a great job painting the exterior two years ago,we had them come back to paint the interior as well. They were very professional and we were again very pleased with the quality and neatness of their work. I highly recommend them,and give them 5 stars. Ann Gerbeth
