    This is the absolute worst company!!! This company was assigned to be through my home warranty company AHS. They came out to look into the air conditioning issue, it was not cooling our house and the thermostat wasn’t working.

    The guy didn’t even look at our thermostat and told my husband that we needed to charge it but it is hard wired.

    He then asked my husband to turn the thermostat on while he was outside looking at the unit. We have 2 thermostats so my husband went to turn on the other thermostat and the tech was leaving before my husband came back out.

    My husband went out front to catch him and he said they would follow up with us. No follow up occurred so I called the warranty company to ask what was happening. They told me I needed to contact the tech which I did.

    I spoke with Steve who said we would get back to me at the end of the week. I told him I would like to set the appt now as I had him on the phone and I needed my A/C repaired. He said no he would call me later at the end of the week. He was incredibly rude so I asked him to close out my work order so I could have a new company assigned. He said no he wouldn’t do that because the unit was not repaired yet.

    I asked him to set the appt then so we could get the unit repaired and he again said no he would get back to me when he gets back to me.

    I would never allow these people back into my home they are awful.
