my experience with this contractor is that he is a no-show not only did he not show up for an appointment or call back but he also did it to another family member that I referred to him .He made an appointment and never showed up again for an estimate or even to do the work. I would not recommend using this contractor. It is very hard to get a reliable roofing company to do any work in Brevard County if anyone has any recommendations please post thank you

We loved the work the South and Central American roofing team did in replacing our roof. A well experienced roofing outfit. Sadly the "overseer" of this team appears to be a little more slimy. Now we have a leak, his "company" has gone "dark" as they say today. Important thing is his name is Michael Smith, from Palm Bay, and he registers his company for permit reasons, so we can get this schemer if we all work together. For some reason Brevard County, who granted his license and permits, is unwilling to track this A-hole down.
