DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Kelvin Robins, the owner of Certified Home Improvements of Baton Rouge, is a fraud. His construction license is expired and he has no insurance -(call Louisiana State Licensing Board). He has a contract with us to work on our house in Houston, Texas. The contract stated that the home would be complete in one month. It's been 4 months and they only had drywalls and paints 80% done - NOTHING ELSE. Also, their works are very sloppy.
We regret that we paid him most of the amount in the contract. He would cry nearly everyday and beg for money to feed him and his crew.
Basically, we were swindled. He took advantage of us, hurricane Harvey victim. Shame on them.
