Brandon replaced the roof on our home and we were very pleased.
A major storm came through our area and ripped part of my dads roof off, first person I contacted was Brandon with Certified Roofing, he did eventually go look at the issue and temporarily repaired it, my dad wanted him to replace the entire roof but after months of calling, leaving voicemails, sending texts and never receiving a call back and texts apparently not being opened . I feel if you have a business you should have someone answering your phone so you can at least talk to a person , being ignored, he’s ruining his own reputation .
