    I cannot speak highly enough of Cerulli Construction. We had a terrible experience with a contractor immediately prior to hiring Chuck, and he had to come in and clean up all of the mess. He understood our budget (which was significantly depleted due to the first guy) and worked extremely hard to fix all of the things that went wrong. In fact, I'm fairly sure that he made very little money on the first project because he was completing it out of the goodness of his heart and felt bad for us. He is extremely kind and generous and sincerely just wants to see his customers happy. We were so so impressed with the result and we ended up liking Cerulli Construction so much that we subsequently commissioned him to complete a WAY bigger second project, bigger than we had ever imagined! Chuck simply had this incredible creative vision to transform our home (and our lives, really). We are so happy that we trusted him to do it. Best investment ever. I would 100% recommend Cerulli Construction to anyone who is needing any work done; there are few people as hard-working and as honest as Chuck these days, and you can be confident that he will not let you down.
