ANYONE who uses this company is nuts. Bought a dishwasher from Costco that was supposed to be delivered by this company on January 25, 2025. They never showed up. Rescheduled again for January 28 but, in the meantime, I kept trying to get in touch with them for three days, but they NEVER answered their phone or called back.
On the day they were to deliver my dishwasher, the 28th, I started calling them every two minutes to see if they were coming. Finally, the owner called me and said they don't service my area anymore. I told her she couldn't return my calls to tell me that? and she said it wasn't her but her office that failed to call back. I told her that was "bull" as they're one and the same. She's never in her office? She said this call is over and hung up on me. After talking to Costco, I don't think they'll be using this company anymore, as they expressed great frustration at not being able to get in touch with them either. Good Riddance.
