Since we purchased our home we have had active leaks. CFS would come out and attempt to do patchwork which would result in more leaks. We hired an expert roofing company to give an unbiased opinion. The results were the roof was not put on to code or properly. In March 2019 we paid for another company to replace our roof. In May 2019 we had to have all of the wood on the bottom floor replaced due to water damage. CFS has been horrible to us throughout this process.
Two months ago we received a magazine in the mail with CFS using OUR home to advertise their roofing company. It was the final slap in the face.I want people to know how they treat their clients.
