I hired CGI to build a 4 story, mixed use building. It started off well until the city of Phila. delayed approval of the building permit. Once the permit was issued construction commenced. Several more delays by the city occurred during the course of construction straining the situation. But CGI stayed determined to bring the project to completion. This project took longer than projected, however I am extremely pleased with the finished product and I feel it is one of the best buildings in the area. Also, CGI is one of the few contractors that is always in compliance with the city with regards to license, insurance, and taxes.

I hired CGI to do an interior alteration remodel of my home. From concept into design, our finished space was so easy with their process. They are thorough, detailed, and customer-oriented. Work began and the amount of care for our home, lifestyle, and craftsmanship was evident from day one. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a home project to be done.

Extremely reliable and persistent, with visions that compliment our modern taste. They truly have our best interest and get the job done in a timely fashion. CGI saved my project after I was losing hope onto my third contractor. They came in and basically worked with me during the entire project. I saved a lot of money and the timeline could not be controlled due to other circumstances beyond their control.

Hired to guy and completely remodel a rowhome and the project was a complete disaster. The subs were decent when they actually were able to schedule them. The plumber was terrible. CGI clearly doesn’t have cash because they constantly were asking for more money in advance of their work. What was originally quoted as a four month project stretched to 10 months before we fired them about 60% complete. We’re not the only ones suing them...
